    mon: 72 minutes - 42 on stationary bike, added arm ex. with weights too. + 30 minutes cleaning kitchen.

    Looks like everyone is well on their way. great job all. I wish I could count sleep as exercise b/c that's all I did yeaterday. I hope to get 30min on the treadmil today not sur emy body is ready for much else.
