Not sure on arms, neck, thighs, calves but will check tonight.0 -
I just started on Monday. It is quite the workout. My legs and arms are sooo sore. I'll post my measurements tonight.0

Do you know how long you'll be doing each level? I was think 10 days for each level but I'm not sure. What does everyone else think?0

Woohoo!! Finished day 1 yesterday & ready to stick to it. Wasn't hard as I expected because I've done a lot of these moves with a trainer before- so I might move to level 2 by this weekend but ready to stick to it!!

Yes, 10 days at each level, but just listen to your body. If you need to stick with one level longer (or shorter) do what works for you.

I just finished Level One of Jillian's Yoga Meltdown (another GREAT workout)! I plan on doing Level One of the 30DS later today. I'm trying to work out twice a day since I have a lot of weight to lose! Great job everyone! Day two!0

Just completed Level 1, Day 1. I just wanted to say thank you to this group, because it pushed me to finish the whole workout without stopping, Everytime I've tried to do it before, I would pause when it got too hard and then go back to it after I rested. Today, I was sore and sweaty and cursing Jillian, but I did it, and I feel great about that.
My measurements as of Day 1:
Weight: 169.8
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 41.5
Thigh: 250 -
level one day 2 complete! boy was it hard =/ my legs literally feel like they are ready to give out but gotta stick it out. the push ups are the hardest thing for me to do, hopefully it will get easier!0
