Lose 10 lbs in March challenge

I have been stuck at 173 since Sept (the Holidays didnt help) and its now Lent...so Ill give up 10 lbs.....in the next 21 days.....YIKES....well its worth a shot.

I am so excited - I worked out every day this week except Tuesday. I only got 76 minutes in this week, but I am still happy with that because I would do 1 - 2 days and lose motivation. Looking forward to tomorrow.

OK guys last chance work out today , tonight tomorrow morning whenever you work out tomorrows weigh in day!!! lets go get up and move it.
Punkrawkcutie is our bubbly girl keeping everyong motivated. Let's do this I hope everyone has a great weigh in tomorrow. If I get most of the weigh in tomorrow I will post the stats Friday or Saturday promise. get up get up and move if your stuck change your routine a little to confuse your body. drink your water i know some can't or dont like water I use to be one of them. next week we will start having weekly challanges. I will post one Sunday night. don't forget GET UP AND MOVE you can do it!!!

More importantly .... down 1.5 (so 2.5 total!!!) WOOT WOOT!!! so 155.5 (looks so much nicer then 157 )
Keep it up guys and remember it's only the 11th... there is still 2/3's of the month left!!! TONS of time to get things "moving!"
