    Sweet potato is a root VEGGIE! ;-D So, yes.
    I came home and had pho with the honey today, he was feelin ick and just needed some snuggle time. Now he is sleeping, which I will let him do since he leaves for work in 2 hrs. I guess I am making my snacks and lunch as well as HIS. :-D Oh well. Now for my meal planning for tomorrow, then some BL and off to bed. Oh wait we are in bed haha.
    Looks like I have the next 5 days to get in my 5hrs! hahaha EEK! ;)

    Steph-I don’t understand how the serving size for veggies are so small but I have a difficult time getting my daily servings. I just have to continue to work on that. Sweet Potato is a Veggie-Regular Potato-I don’t think so :smile:

    Ill start this tomorrow although the veggies thing may be difficult as we dont have alot around the house :/ and i dont think ive ever done 60 minutes of exercising in a day but im sure gonna try ! 10 - 15 min sessions should allow me to get 60 mins in without wanting to quit lol

    I like to hide them in things, like my omelet that I plan on having later... :bigsmile: If I had watercress of spinach in the house, I would throw that in as well!!

    ahsongbird... I hope you can get a lot more fruits/veggies. Maybe you can try getting a new one special for the challenge, and then find a great recipe for it, or a new way to eat it!

    I love doing that too! I love bananas! I also put them on cereal and in smoothies with soy milk.
