    HEY gang it is me here is the list. This week MANDA was the one who turned in the biggest loss this week with a 5.6 lb loss in second place we had several Cherylepestana, tbozz and myself with 4 LB loss Maria_Ireene79 right behind us with 3.6 loss

    I know that I said that I would post a challange Sunday but I will early. in fact I did not post one last week so I will have two for his week.

    1st drink 64oz of water everyday.
    2nd during one t.V show during comercials get up and pretend to jump rope during them.

    every one good with this???

    Yesterday I drank 96 ounces of water
    Today before the end of the day for sure will have 64 ounces down, possibly more

    I did 116 jump rope - 4 commercials - had to stop for the 5th one. So many commercials. LOL

    I also did 1 mile on my treadmill today.

    I deffinetly need to get going on the water thing cause i was CRAZY dehydrated yesterday....
    I might change up the jump rope thing only because i am training for a 5k and my knees can only take so much... but i WILL do cardio durring 1 show a day for sure...

    Hello lo lo lo o o o o o there is an echo here in our little team. I have not seen or heard for most of you in a few days hope everyone is ok and I didn't scare anyone off. just wondering how many of us are left in this challange. come back you need us and we need you. is everyone getting in their water and jump rope during comercials? I have been my eyes are floating everyday.when I do my jump rope during comercials my daughter joins me and wants to race so extra cals burned there. let me hear from you.

    I am still here with you. I got my water in yesterday and have already started drinking it this morning. I started early with my water today. I got an email saying that we should drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning to activate our internal organs, 1 glass 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion, 1 glass before a bath to help lower blood pressure, 1 glass before bed avoids stroke or heart attack.

    I did 1 mile on my treadmill and even walked around the yard in the nice weather we are having yesterday, still have to get it in today. Today we are having rain.

    I hate to say I have not done any more jump ropes.

    I did a weigh in yesterday and gained 1/2 a pound. RATS

    I'm here! I'm not doing much jump rope during commercials, but I managed to hoist my big 'ol butt on a bicycle for the first time in about 10 years!

    sorry peeps - i've been sick this week and have been struggling to stay awake let alone be on teh computer! So needless to say i am doing a terrbile job so far with the challenge!
    I do have a question to pose to y'all tho - do i log my weigh in for this week knowing that i was sick for the last 3 days of it or do i skip this week and wait til next week?

    Your new challenge is to get better. Everyone else again during commercials only for one show do bent arm planks for 30 seconds.

    ugh Friday weigh in day I was dreading this well I just Maintained still at 209 but you know it is my own fault I only walked on the treadmill once this week and my son and I walked the dogs at night only once, I guess i know if i watch what I eat and not workout I can maintain but just for a week. this is the first week since I started MFP that I have not lossed at least 2 lbs. I guess i am doing ok but i still fell that I failed this week I want to be under 200 so f en bad but like i said it is my fault no workouts = no weight loss for me. I hope ya'll have a better weigh in than I did. let's go team pick up my slack this week.I promise I will bounch back next week and try to pull a big number like a 4 or 5 but a 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 would be cool as well but we'll see. I have (this week) not stepped on the scale but twice since last Friday it was killing me not seing it change day to day so decided to stop tourching my self.

    Don't beat yourself up too much. I was hoping for more, but I wasn't as good as I should be this week either. I was really hoping to be 185 by next weekend, but doesn't look like I'll make it. I'm shooting for 190 at least. You're doing an awesome job, and you should be proud of yourself.

    March apparently has not been the month for me. Boo. Both vehicles broke down, hubby is still deployed (should be home soon), and this jerk I know (TOM) decided to visit.
    I haven't been jumping rope, but I have a weighted hula hoop and I only get to watch my tv shows if I hula hoop during. It's a great workout. I'm slacking on my challenges, but I'm doing what I can.
