Okay, I'm just curious. I am noticing from my food logs there are foods I eat again and again. They are: sour cream (like twice a day, who knew?); ketchup (same); dark chocolate chips; and onions.

Green smoothies! They're like the elixir of life to me! Also, eggs, chicken and of course coffee!0

Breakfast: egg beaters, peanut butter, greek yogurt or blueberries
Lunch: grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, 100 calorie almond packs
Dinner: grilled tilapia, no salt added green beans
Snacks: tuna, apples, (peanut butter and fiber one cereal together)
This may look like a meal plan, but I basically eat this way every day0 -
eggs, turkey bacon, whole grain bread, chicken breast, oats, whey protein, peanut butter
slightly less often, but at least once or twice a week: brown rice, sweet potatoes, salmon, tuna, turkey chili, spinach, bananas, salad

I eat the same breakfast and mid-morning snack almost every day. Oatmeal for breakfast, banana mid-morning snack. Lunch is usually soup - vegetable or some kind of veggie/bean. I eat an apple most days. Now for my BAD stuff: 100-calorie pack Hostess chocolate cupcakes and Weight Watcher Dark Chocolate Ice Cream bars. Bad, I know.0

Peanut Butter, Jelly with fiber, whole wheat bread, yogurt.
And, Lean Pockets. Love those things.0 -
I eat soooo much chicken. Unreal amounts. People think I'm weird because I say it's my favorite food. Just chicken, don't care how it's cooked, as long as it's cooked. I'm pretty sure that there are "wanted" signs of me up around the coops at chicken farms.0

there are days that my diet consists of purely oatmeal, yogurt & protein bars....is it perfect? Nope, but it keeps me satisfied and it's more because I'm a broke college student working a full time job that alternates daytime and overnight shifts.
Oatmeal.
I love oatmeal.0 -
