    Congrats to those in the top five for the week!!!

    We had several people going backwards. I challenge everyone to do an extra workout this week to put up some big losses!!!

    Thanks for posting the table! I increased my calories on Sunday since I was starving all the time, so I'm hoping this will allow me to post a loss next week! I'm already working on 6x a week that adding another work out would just be bad news :-) I've been slacking on water, so I'll focus on upping it this week to 120 oz of water (5 camelbak bottles) a day.

  • My pound I gained is gone plus 1+ more. Must have eaten too much salt this weekend. Gonna try and up my game this week now that I am finally getting over the crud. Going to the gym tomorrow and taking my first water aerobic class! Hope it burns off a lot of calories! Good luck this week everyone!

    It did but I had to go to two. The first one was not too great a workout but the second one kicked my butt!

    Weight for tomorrow 185.8 - lost a little but changed a few things up diet wise. I am close to reaching my goal weight range and trying to up my calories. Still down .8 - Hope everyone has a great week!

    Weigh in: 188 up 2 lbs :sad: But, I have been pretty much confined to my bed/couch for over 5 days with neck problems. Also started a new blood pressure med that makes u retain a LOT of water weight. So, with all considered, I'm not too terribly upset with a 2 lb gain...it could have been worse. Hopefully I can get the all clear & will be off all my muscle relaxers & pain meds for my neck & be back to exercise soon. Gotta see a loss next week!

    Wow, you guys are doing great! If I am not too late, I would love to get in on this friendly competition :smile: .

    My weight is 235.5,
    1st goal: 229 by April 1st (I haven't been in the 220's since I had my first baby .... 17 years ago).
  • 3/14 weight in: 233.8, down 4.2 (really 3.2 since I gained a pound last week) :D Have a great week everyone!

    Checking in at 190.5 today, down 2 pounds!! Yay!!
    As a side note, my goal for this week is five 5am workouts and then a midday 4-mile walk on Saturday.

    Is it to late to join in the fun. I do better with competition. I have 10 pounds I want to loss, I am willing to weigh in every Monday.
  • I'm in! I want to lose the last 30 by summer and time is flying already!
  • Today I'm 145 (water weight too =\)

    I'm picking a goal to be 137 by 4/4! RRR... that might be too hard though... is that too much?
