    *feeling slightly frustrated. When I saw the number, i was a little shocked. Two things i took into account were first, i did A LOT of strength exercises this week with my cardio. I know that doesn't account for all the weight gain, but at least a little. Also, it was a very emotional weekend. That being sad, food is my emotional trigger. I will eat constantly when I am feeling any form of stress. Higher amounts of not so healthy food was certainly consumed this weeked. That will certainly account for weight gain. I could feel very upset about this, but when I look in the mirror, I feel skinnier. I don't feel the number reflects what I look like. That is what I am going to go with and certainly keep a positive attitude. If I become defeated, the weight gain is only going to continue. Hopefully next week turns out better!

    i had a feeling there was going to be a gain....I could list a million excuses as to why this happened, but it boils down to the fact that I made poor choices. I must refocus my energy on myself and getting to where I need to be....get ready for a big number next week!

    WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO I can't believe it! this brings me under my initial goal and today I bought a pair of UK size 12 super skinny jeans to celebrate.

    Still fluctuating between 141-143 lbs on the scale. I did weigh myself this morning and had 3 consistent readings! So glad we have 3 more weigh-ins to get closer to my goal.

    3.5 pounds left before I meet my goal for this month! I can't believe how much weight I've lost, the closer and closer I get to my weight loss goals, the harder and harder its been getting to loose so I hope I can make it!

    Considering that my bf's family was in town for the weekend which meant I drank... alot. (we don't get along that well) And then I spent 2 days at an all-inclusive resort with him and his daughter were we drank and ate at buffets a lot, I'm not too upset at this. Hopefully next week it'll be back down again. Before all the craziness I was at 179.7 so I have hope!

    Great job to everyone who lost this week and keep trying to those of us who didn't!
