Well, I was planning on doing Jumping Jacks today but my left thigh and calf are VERY SORE! I hope it goes away soon. Until then, I'll be doing low intensity workouts.

No clue what my sodium intake should be - I'm just getting started, so I'm not going to overwhelm myself by trying to figure it all out at once I know I need to drink more water (which surely will help with the sodium anyway), so I'm going to track that with the jj. I don't OWN a sports bra so these are going to be painful!! augh!

Welcome! To answer your sodium question. Mfp already sets a guideline for you which is 2500. it is one of the things that you can set to be a focus in your diary. Sodium plays a huge role on water retention and blood pressure. It is easy to monitor really. The fresher the food the better, processed foods tend to be high on sodium, blech! Restaurant food too-through the roof. Anyhow, don't stress over it, but it is a good thing to be aware of!
