start with a simple and I mean simple, walk around the office on your break.0

Why not start yourself with some lower-impact exercises to build stamina and work up from there?0

Try taking berocca and Co-enzyme Q10. I found they really boosted my energy levels and made me want to get out and exercise.0

I find getting up early in the morning means I have no excuse for not exercising, as I am too tired at night after work. Means I have to get to bed early, but that's a good thing too.
Good luck

the more you exercise the more energy you will have.
start slow and keep building.
remember - good lean protein, good veggies and healthy carbs! oatmeal for breakfast!0 -
PS. if you are ultra tired - you may want to speak to your doctor. get checked out professionally.
also - try a good multi vitamin, b-complex and vitamin d.0 -
Thanks, do I get that from the health food store?0

Find something you love to do, not have to do...then your motivation will change. If its walking a dog and getting fresh air, or hiking, going for a bike ride, relaxation stretches with yoga, or shaking your thing in Zumba. If you find something you love, you will look at exercise in a whole new light.0
