I'll figure out my goals tomorrow when I weigh in, but I would LOVE a buddy. Really need the motivation. Even if you don't match my goals, feel free to add me as a friend! I'm 29, 6'0", medium build. Started gaining weight with poor eating habits and lack of exercise but trying to get back in shape for my October wedding. This challenge will end a week before my bridal shower so I want to feel beautiful!!!
I'm also a grad student which means I don't have a whole lot of time (but really...who has hours to spare in their day?) but the benefit is that I get free membership to the gym. This half of the semester (which just started Monday) they have some great group fitness classes that fit into my schedule. So to really get me back on track, I'm going to push myself to go to classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (which are the days that I'm on campus), and on the off days I'm going to get back on track with Couch to 5k (i'm on week 5, day 2). In addition to group classes and C25k, I'm also a fan of Tae Bo.

Newmeat30, its funny because my weight is the same as yours And my goal is the same as yours too! So im just gonna copy it!! Haha. I just cant weigh myself everyday cause I dont have a scale that works So I have to wait till tuesdays till I can weigh myself again. But I know the last time it was 144 lbs (1,5 week ago).
