I bought reeboks new running shoes.... I think they're called their fit shoes. OMG I use them on the treadmill and they kill my knees. Wouldn't reccommend them to anyone. I need to get a new pair for my treadmill but I will do this barefoot if I have to. LOL GO MIDWEST!!!!!!!0

Hey hey, here are my stats for Week 3, as I'll be out for most of tomorrow and can't access the forums properly from my phone (luckily I can still get to my diary so I can keep up with that):
Starting weight: 179.5lbs
Week 1 weight: 177.5lbs
Week 2 weight: 176lbs
Week 3 goal: 175lbs
Week 3 weigh: 175lbs (woo!)
On the mile challenge, I've walked/jogged 10.1 miles this week (well, I will do once I've done my walk for this evening; I will let you know if I don't do it and adjust my results accordingly).
Looking forward to Week 4; I've decided to be a bit adventurous and set my target weight for next week at 173lbs. Eep!0 -

One pound lost, now 162, goal is 2 pounds again. Walked and ran 5.5 miles including today.

Hey so its Saturday!
I have had a terrible week food wise, really fallen on the wagon big time. I am so so sorry to team UK but I could not face weigh in this morning. I KNOW I will have gained (even if it's jsut water weight) and seeing that gain will be really upsetting to me and very demotivating maybe causing me to have another bad week so I have decided not to weigh in until next week. So so sorry.
However i do have some mile-age to contribute
From my gym workouts I did 10km on the treadmill and 4km on the cross trainer.
So that is a total of 8.6 miles to add to team UK.
I walked at least another 7 miles walking to the train station and back every day as well as commuting around london but i know i cant count this as it wasn't measured with a pedometer! Oh well!
Goal for next week... erm... 128 (is that allowed? 128 is what i weighed last week... i know i've gained this week.. so is it ok for my goal to be to lose the weght i gained?)0 -

Goal was 175 and I made 175! Didn't think I was going to! Weird week! I also did 2 miles exactly on treadmill and then 2 on bike! Goal for next week is 174!

Well somehow I missed this thread all day today. My week wasn't so great this week. I had a kind of tough week working out and eating right. We went out to eat a lot more than we usually do. But I did end up getting in 2 miles this week at least. Hopefully next week will go better. I just bought a ton of produce tonight to use through the week.

i weighed in at 234, same as last week, but I walked 2.5 miles. I did zumba more this week so didn't get on treadmill!!0

Eviesmum hasn't lost anything this wk, goal 136 next wk, 6 miles
Zeeba lost an amazing 5 pounds, now 200, goal 199.
Little_lion hasn't lost this wk, goal 128 next wk, 15.6 miles
Boooie lost 1lb, now 167, goal next wk 165
Nikkiws has lost 1lb, now 162, goal next 160, 5.5 miles.
