    Great job to everybody!! The first "official" weigh in will be next week since today is technically the "start" day. Obviously some of us had a previous weigh-in from earlier in the week.

    So let's recognize our largest weight loss for our "unoffical" week. (Weight lost between 3/13/11 and 3/17/11)

    :flowerforyou: Congratulations to our biggest loser of the week: "mjtmorr" with a loss of 5.4 lbs! :love: We are all inspired!

    My "official" weigh day is today, Saturday, and I am disappointed in myself at 323, I was 2lbs lighter on Thursday AM, although 3.4lbs in a week is still not bad

    great since I weigh in on Monday mornings Ill have to remember to put it on on Thursday so I dont get missed off the chart ;)

    Although Im wondering where you are Vic??? Im in UK and tend to weigh in about 6am?!?!? So would this possibly be before midnight where you are?!?!?

    Great question. I suppose I did leave off the time zones. :)

    I live in the US on the east coast so I follow Eastern Standard Time.
    Currently it is 3/19/11 and the time is 8:52 am

    According to my world clock the current time:
    in London, England it is 3/19/11 and the time is 12:52 pm.
    in Sydney, Australlia it is 3/19/11 and the time is 11:52 pm.
    (It is 7:52 Central Time, 6:52 Mountain Time, and 5:52 Pacific Time)

    So technically, you sound reach Sunday Midnight about 4 hours before I do (assuming the UK doesn't have different time zones like the US does). Our Australlian friends will be the first to hit the 12am mark. And I will reach midnight 1-3 hours before some of my fellow Americans.

    Posting charts on Monday evening (about 6 pm EST) should cover any time zone gaps that anyone has. :bigsmile:

    Ugh...terribly night for eating last night....don't know how much I ate, had five drinks. It was a friend's birthday party and there was tons of food and booze. Hopefully I can work off whatever I ate at work today.

    You can do it! One day won't do THAT much damage, unless you let it snowball. Get back on track and forget about it. ;)

    Almost 10 pounds is my goal for this challenge. I know that 3 pounds a month isn't very much, but from looking back at my weight chart, it seems realistic. I'd rather meet my goals than be disappointed when I don't, so I'm going to take the numbers slow.
