Almost 60 lbs down... Before and After Pix on Profile

I started at 244, and I'm down to 190 lbs. It has taken me a few years to do this, so I'm nothing special (ok, I know all you mothers out there will object to that... let me just say, they'll never write a book about me, and I won't win any prizes on the Biggest Loser). But I am determined to win. There have been a couple of times I've slipped. Last winter I put 20 lbs back on. Then took them completely off. This winter I put on 9 lbs. I consider that a huge win, since winter is so hard for me. I've already taken 3 of them back off, and now I'm on to my original target of 174... I'll push past that to 169 and then hover in that 5 lb range. Is anyone else in the slow burn category of gradual victory?

I also just posted a new before (244 lbs) and after (182 lbs) photo of me on my profile page. I am going to get down to 169 lbs, even if it kills me. :-)

Absolutely. I want to get it off, and keep it off forever. I'm thinking this way... is the last time I have to lose these pounds.

Hell you all... It's time for me to go and do my Biggest Loser DVD workout. I know.. I know ... It's 9:06 pm here in Chicago, but who cares. I might as well sweat, instead of sit here and eat potato chips. I'll check back in an hour to see if anyone else got up off of the couch.... even for 10 or 15 minutes. Come on, let's do this TOGETHER! :-)

    We can do this.
