                    These pancakes are only 100 calories each, easy to make and they take care of your sweet craving!
1 cup of 2% milk
1 egg
2 tablespoon of light butter/margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup of sugar (splenda)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Combine milk, egg and butter; whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Batter will be slightly lumpy. For each pancake pour scant 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle. Cook until batter is set around edges, 1-2 minutes. Turn over and cook 1-2 minutes. Top with powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, strawberries, sweetened whipped cream, yogurt, or sugar free syrup. Makes 10 pancakes.
