Mandie - I would suggest eating more if you are exercising more. I am having the same problem right now. It is hard to force yourself to eat more...at least for me.

...I need to take my own advice --- checking in at 139.6 this morning!depressing. i started the challege at 138 and have been working out or running 4-5 times a week. No more ice cream or late night snacks for me! Swim suit season is quickly approaching...and my secret motivation -- a wedding my husband is in (june 18) -- he is a groomsman and i honestly do not know anyone that will be at the wedding. My goal - hot chick at the wedding

Last Sunday I was 165.4 because of tom but today I'm down & hit a new lowest weight by 0.4 :happy:0 -
