    I'm not sure I'm ready for the weigh in! TOM's just about to arrive and I'm sure it's going to spoil it!!! :ohwell:
    Made massive mistake today!!!! Had breakfast but then too busy at work to eat until 3.15 then was really hungry and since then just couldn't muster any energy at all!!!
    Was supposed to do my run this pm but ended up dragging myself on a walk instead!!!!
    Has anyone else done the same too???
    Still feel lousy!!! Will try an early night to see if that will help???

    I'm finally back on track this week :) sorry I didn't post something to give up, I couldn't think of anything. I tried out more running outside and upped my workouts.

    I wish I could say this was because I ate really well and exercised, but it's not. I came home one week ago to find my boyfriend of a year had moved out and was leaving me...had no idea this was even coming! Therefore...this weight loss is more from a lack of eating than anything. Each day gets a little better...just trying to put one foot in front of the other each day.

    Well, would have liked to see something better....but due to TOM I am ok with it. Hopefully I see some progress next week or there won't be much hope of reaching my goal. I have had a NSV though, I was able to wear a pair of capri's that I wore to my ten year reunion five years ago!

    I've been weighing in the 166 area all week. i went out for dinner last night and didnt have a whole lot of water, so I'm sure that's why it went back up.

    The Shred is really keeping my weight loss going. I'm very happy about it but a little bit worried because I have lost lbs every single week since Jan 4th and the week I don't lose any is going to be terrible mentally. No point worrying about it until it happens.

    Hope every one is doing well and we will see if I can maybe increase my goal and get to 156.2 by the end of March?!

    So sadly the scale did not agree with me but when i measured myself i found i have lost inches and since the scale said 137 on sat im going to say that the weight gain is due to TOM which will be coming tomorrow :explode: so im going to do my best to drink lots of water and hope this gain is gone by next week!!!
