I know it's my fault, I didn't exercise as much and my water was not great this weekend... also I really hate weighing in on Tuesday, I used to do Thursday so that if I had a bad weekend, then I could make up for it early in the week... oh well, there's always next week!!!0 -

Not sure what the deal is. Had an off weekend but in a good way i thought. Did a 15 mile hi peak hike on Saturday burning in excess of 7500 calories. Could this be muscle?0 -
