  • I am down for this I have been a weight loss challenge call the Savannah Loser's I won round 1 I lost over 21.8 lbs in 5 weeks So I challenge myself for 30lbs by Easter

    I walk everywhere yet I don't notice a change in weight. BUT! I'll still join in. :wink:

    CW was 219 last I got weighed.
    GW is 209 by the end of this.
  • this is my first time trying so lets see how it goes i need more motavation so hopefully this helps (starting the 30 day shed tomarrow)ill need all the help i can get :tongue:

    It's the 22nd of March, but count me in!
    We start our vacation on Easter Sunday and I would LOVE to lose 10 pounds between now and then.
    CW 245.4 according to my scale this morning.

    Hello everyone! Welcome to the Easter Challenge!

    I've finally compiled the list with everyone's Starting Weight (SW) and their goal weight (GW) for the challenge. If your name is not on the list it's because you did not post one or the other or both of those pieces of information and believe me I looked, but I wasn't going to go into your profile to try and figure out what your weight is if you just posted that you wanted to lose 10 pounds by Easter. But don't fret, just post again and include your SW and your GW (not your ultimate GW just what you want to lose between now and Easter). Then don't forget to log in again next Sunday and post your current weight (CW) if you post on Mondays that's ok too!

    So for the 80 members that I have listed here, we are looking to lose almost 640 pounds by easter! That's a lofty goal and I know over the next 5 weeks we will lose some of those members but we will also add more, but whatever happens just remember we are a team! Everyone else is going through the same struggles, so reach out perhaps someone in this group has good advice to help you get through your plateau, or whatever the issue is!

    I'll be honest guys, in the past with these challenges I've been able to find the time to email the folks that haven't checked in a few days after weigh in days but I'm getting busy with work and that might not happen during this round so I'm going to ask you all to be accountable to and for yourselves. Go ahead and add me as a friend if that might help keep you from forgetting to weigh in on Sundays. If it gets to be Tuesday or so and you still have not checked in, you won't see your name on that weeks progress list. If you get busy and/or just plain forgot, no worries just post your CW as soon as you can and you'll be included on the next list. But try not to forget because I always add up what everyone lost and it's fun to see how much we've lost as a group and we need all the help we can get!

    Hey Y'all!

    Just wanted to let those that were in the St. Patty's Day Challenge know that I finally got the last weigh in list posted. We lost over a Dozen members in that last week, I think lots of people were struggling and sadly gave up but hopefully they've found new motivation. Anyway here's the link so you can see the final results of the members who stuck with it all the way to the end, remember since it's on the 500th post, if you reply on that thread it will start a new chapter, the link to that chapter will be on that last post, (if no one replies then there won't be a link) Seems like a good way to close the challenge.     How is everyone doing? Any tips/ motivation / words of wisdom for today ? Anyone?

    Try to fit in 10 mintes of workout/ cardio here and there throughout the day and before you know you would have done 30 -40 minutes of exercise for the day. And stay hydrated throughout the day.
