Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Fresh Pork Tenderloin
cut into 1 inch cubes (trimming and visible fat) put into a bowl with a cover and refrigerate for two to eight hours or over night
Toss with
1 teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 to 3 shakes of each
Cayenne Pepper
Ground White Pepper

Spray non-stick pan with spray and saute the seasoned pork over medium-high heat untill cooked
Microwave
2Tablespoons of Jalapeno Jelly
Mixed with
2 Tablespoonsnof Worcestershire sauce
untiil hot ( 40 to 60 seconds)
Pour on top of pork to coat
Serve with Brown Rice
And steamed Spinach or Asparagus

( Mango Pepper jelly works wonderful too with this recipe)
