LOL ya i am still not 100%... funny that everyone on here can tell! Hoping to be ready to go with 110% by Monday!!! WOOT WOOT (that's the fitness train... coming down the tracks)

I am still here with you. I got my water in yesterday and have already started drinking it this morning. I started early with my water today. I got an email saying that we should drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning to activate our internal organs, 1 glass 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion, 1 glass before a bath to help lower blood pressure, 1 glass before bed avoids stroke or heart attack.

March apparently has not been the month for me. Boo. Both vehicles broke down, hubby is still deployed (should be home soon), and this jerk I know (TOM) decided to visit.
I haven't been jumping rope, but I have a weighted hula hoop and I only get to watch my tv shows if I hula hoop during. It's a great workout. I'm slacking on my challenges, but I'm doing what I can.
that 's all we can ask is for you to try you are doing something. I know i will or some one else will put a challange out there that some cannot do or heck don't want to do but just do something like you are and that's good.0 -

I never really did the previous challenge, so I am going to do the jumping rope until Thursday then round out the week with the plank. I'm still with you!0

Sorry I'm late. My weigh in in 279. Just one freaking pound after all the good I've done this week and watching my calories. Cant wait to get this stupid boot off so I can work out. My dr has told me to put it on hold until it comes off cause i was stupid and took it off and rebroke my darn foot. Any ideas on how I can lose weight without using my foot?0

Arm work outs... weights... if you have access to a total gym type device you can do a ton of stuff on it.0 -

Forgot to submit my weigh-in last week! It was 150.
I'm thinking that 10 lbs is too much for me to lose in a month...apparently, I'm lucky to do one pound a week...but then, I haven't really been trying in the last couple weeks...
So...sign me up for April too!0 -

Unfortunatley, you can't spot reduce. But most ab work outs don't require much if any leg work. There are quite a few that use a stability ball...0 -

I'm unofficially down 7 pounds and still pushing for the full 10 this month. I'm definitely down for a second month! Let's GO! I'm so behind with the challenges... jump roping starts TODAY.

Man... had a minor set back last week (Up a 1.6lbs to 179.6) but back on track now. down 2.4lbs to 177.20

I owned my workout tonight kicked my butt doing EA active sports 2 9 week program and did my treadmill program which went up to 5 mph and 10% grade whew! I am beat last chance workout holy crap I need to do this more often I am tired but maaaan do feel good time to sit on the wall for 5 min. This better produce a good result on the scale tomorrow!!!! Then off to the shower! and then bed

UGH!!!!! seriously glad i didn't log last weeks weight cause well, I am up from 2 weeks ago... I would have been SERIOUSLY depressed had it been even more from logging.... K so I am up 0.5 this week (so up to 156) However, i think i was still feeling the effects from being sick.. so going hard this week (cause i ain't going home!!!)
Aiming for 3 -> maybe I'll get more?!
