Womens point of view please.....ABS, What do you think?

I am just wondering what women find more attractive.
A man with a flat stomach with mild definition in the ABS or someone with chiseled abs, and vascularity(veins showing on the stomach and about the twig and berries) and the V?

I usually go for someone who can make me laugh!
Um, I can't speak for all of womankind, but I'd hate to be judged on the basis of how my stomach looks. Especially knowing that it's going to change over time.0 -
mild definition and delicious big arms.0
-
Flat w/mild definition (don't get me wrong, both are hot, but i personally prefer flat w/mild definition)0
-
Mild definition will do for me thanks!!! I dont want my man looking better than me0
-
I go for the sense of humor, too..and nice big brown eyes second...followed by good strong arms. I don't think I've ever drooled over abs, ever.0
-
I love the V, but definitely don't like veins and chiseledness.... just some mild definition and a little pooch is ok too. I don't like my men too lean... just my preference0
-
I love the v and think nothing is hotter than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Its all about the shoulders and arms for me..broad well defined shoulders with thick arms...mmm...my eyes never make it down to the Abs0

healthy looking, and in proportion with the rest of their body. a 6 pack with no muscles anywehre else, weird. a 6 pack on someone who obviously works out, fine. my hubby has no 6 pack, BUT, has a flat tum with abs anyway.0
-
I sexiness and that is a mental thing :-)
My husband is thin, but not built. He's hot
I'd be a little put off by a man who cares so much about his abs.0 -
Flat with a little bit of definition, but personally, it's more about how it feels... and pecs... I'd take some nice pecs over abs any day0
-
I tend to like pretty lean guys, so flat stomach with mild definition does it for me. I still find abs like "the Situation's" very hot also, though.0

I am a woman.
I personally prefer the tummy without veins. When the muscles are too big and too defined, I feel like it looks like toooo much...sort of like how a woman can be too thin. Some is good but over the top is too much and unattractive.
Abs are great but the best muscles are in the face ...I think a big smile is the most beautiful thing a man can have
Also, a firm buttock...I'm just not attracted to the mucles on body builders. For me the most handsome physique is the look a swimmer has -- long lean muscles, a flat tummy but not a lot of definiation..
Good luck on your fun fitness.

Flat with mild definition, but being in my 50's I find a quarter keg quite sexy.0

mild definition and delicious big arms.
Ditto....I do not like the V. On some men it just does not look good...just my opinion. :bigsmile:0 -
ALL THAT MATTERS IS THE V. SEXIEST THING EVER.
I used all caps to demonstrate how strongly I feel about the V0 -
Super tall Oh wait - wrong answer to the question.
Sexy abs are impressive, but who sees them unless you get to "that" point. I love seeing a great muscular arm, looks safe and protective. Abs just means to me that body fat% is low and I"m going to be competing for attention he's put into his abs...... Can you tell DH is 6"6' with broad shoulders and awesome biceps? LOL0 -
V!!!!! :laugh:0

Obviously personality comes first and I wouldn't dump the perfect man because he happened to be shaped like a body builder but I'd just prefer toned, with light definition.0

Agree completely!! :bigsmile:0 -
Flat with mild def...obviously chisled is HOT! but if you look like your in your second trimester...no way! It's got to be flat. No heart attack fat. LOL0
-
i like a swimmers body tall and even, flat abs with some deffinition but not crazy... i like guys to be shaped like a X or a l, a large upper body and small lover body is off putting0

You are making me blush....stop it, no seriously carry on.0 -

I personnally think he has the worst looking abs, they dont look right. No homo.0 -
I love the V, but I also prefer a guy who has mild definition. I don't want to see the veins and all of his ribs, not so attracitve. I dated a guy who was a body builder and I hated the view from the side, felt like I could see his inside and I definitely could count his ribs. I prefer a guy who is a little bit thicker and has nice muscular arms .0

THIS. I'm way into arms.
As far as abs go, mild to moderate definition is my favorite body type on men I date.
I don't mind LOOKING at men with crazy defined abs, but they're not so fun to cuddle with.0 -
Generaly speaking, I go for the mild def. I like my man to be fit but I don't want a body builder. I am more into arm muscles than anything though, so if those are nice I can look past a little fluff in the midsection. I think my fiance is perfect, but he would disagree. He has put on a few pounds in the midsection, but I find it more attractive than when he had a prominent six pack.
I guess it's kind of like my definition of a clean house. Not too clean, not too dirty. Just a nice lived in look. I want my man good looking but healthy looking too. Not too skinny, not too much extra.0 -
I think nothing is more masculine than built upper back, shoulders, biceps & forearms. Men seem to carry themselves differently when those muscles are built...abs would be icing on the cake.0

LOVE the V too!!! OMG...seriously love it!
But other then that, I like some definition, but not the crazy chiseled look. It just looks weird to me (think The Situation).0 -
Really well-defined abs, to me, look like a guy I wouldn't want to go to dinner with. Too intimidating. I'd be afraid to eat anything bahaha. Nice, I guess, but just unnecessary. I prefer flat with mild definition. Strong arms and shoulders and a rock-hard chest are much more important in my opinion. Oh and a chiseled jaw. Yum0
