So Im back down to where I was 2 weeks ago...thank God for that! That 170 scare was enough to make me eat my weight in lard with the depression!!! Im really hoping for a good loss next week to finish out the month

I just getting back into it again after a family emergency. So im still 174. I will weigh myself Friday morning. I will post it again then. .. its hard to get back on track again after being gone for a week in the hospital with a family member .. But im back full force....0

22/3/11 weigh in is: 151
although it's not an official loss i'm thinking that i may actually be lighter than that since i'm all bloated for my TOM. I'll be excited to see if that's true or not.0 -

I guess all the wedding running around I did paid off considering I didn't workout after Thursday!0 -

To those who have maintained their weight this week do not get disheartened! Maintain is better than a GAIN anyday!!
The only thing it should make you feel is the determination and motivation to get that scale moving next week.

I stayed the same this week! My goal for April 1 is to be at 165lbs.

Not a good week worked my butt off & did good on the calories but didn't lose a thing. I'm still at 189.8 but I did lose 1 inch at my waist & 1 inch at the thighs. I worked out 4 hours.0

Sorry I'm late, but have been confused at my fluctuating weight. I seem to be gaining instead of losing and today I weighed in at a whopping 163.8. I hope that this is due to weight training -Phooey!!!:grumble:0

WOW - guys we have donereally awesome!!!!!!
We have 78 people still in the challenge! down from 91 last week!
Our total pounds to loose as the group of 78 from the beginning of the challenge was: 660!!
But in 3 weeks we have lost a total of............wait for it.......323.3!!!! Its so fantastic im so proud of each and every one of u! We have 349.9 still to go as a group thats with adding on the pound people have gained etc - hence its not even.
I want to say a massive congrats to syed19812008 who is our biggest loser of the challenge as it stands he has lost a massive 15.2 so far! So well done! LurayneM is our biggest loser of the week loosing 10 pounds!! Fantastic well done!! Who will be next weeks biggest loser??
