    Goodness gracious!! You look absolutely STUNNING!! I'm looking to lose 15 for a goal weight of 120 lbs. I'm excited to see if the 15 lb loss will look as good on me as it does on you! Excellent work!

    don't get discouraged, its hard to notice the change on yourself. but soon enough you will see someone you haven't seen in a while and they will go "wow, you look great have you been losing weight" It is such a great motivator, good luck to ya!

    Thanks every one! This thread resurfacing was just what I needed before the holidays to remind me my hard work paid off and I need to stay focused with all the temptations around me from now until the end of the year! We can all do this! Keep up the good work! It is so worth it! :bigsmile:
