Hi Ros,
I'm down 0.75lbs to 140.75lbs - edging ever closer to under 10 stone! I went to Boots this morning to weigh myself, and although their scales say I've stayed the same, I've lost 1.6% of my body fat over the last 2 weeks!

I always use the scales in boots, makes me happy if I have exercised a lot and not lost, but my body fat goes down0 -

257lb today so 4 lb down this week. No gym this week but lots of cleaning.0 -

1lb off for me! Making me 8st 11lbs (123lbs) which im pleased about as ive had to zigzag this week as ive been quite hungry.might have to change my wt loss to 0.5lbs a wk for the last 3lbs. However I am vert very pleased as this is the smallest I have ever best !0

I'm not proud of it. Broken up with my other half very unexpectedly. Much stress and little food. :frown:
Apologies, correction, it's actually 138 pounds, so 4.6lb loss since last saturday weigh in.
Oh well, at least if nothing good came out of all this drama, it's extra points for the southern softies. :drinker:0 -

Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred - a DVD workout programme. A LOT of us on here swear by it (me included!) :happy:

Unfortunately this week is a GAIN for me of 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg). I don't know why, I haven't changed anything...if any, I'm into level 2/day 2 shred, so actually exercise more then before. Hopefully next week will be better. Sorry Southern Softies.

1lb weight loss for me this week ! Am pleased as i have lost 7lbs in last month x TOM is here so lots of fluid my ankles really hurt! But hopefully means a slightly bigger loss next week to keep me on track!0

This week i'm down to 267.3lbs so its a loss of 3.7lbs for the Numpties, not as great as last week, but i've not been well, so i'll take it!!0
