    Down from 142.6 to 139, so 3.6lb loss...

    I'm not proud of it. Broken up with my other half very unexpectedly. Much stress and little food. :frown:

    Apologies, correction, it's actually 138 pounds, so 4.6lb loss since last saturday weigh in.

    Oh well, at least if nothing good came out of all this drama, it's extra points for the southern softies. :drinker:

    Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred - a DVD workout programme. A LOT of us on here swear by it (me included!) :happy:

    Unfortunately this week is a GAIN for me of 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg). I don't know why, I haven't changed anything...if any, I'm into level 2/day 2 shred, so actually exercise more then before. Hopefully next week will be better. Sorry Southern Softies. :embarassed:

    So weight is 140.2 lbs (63.6 kg) this week.

    1lb weight loss for me this week ! Am pleased as i have lost 7lbs in last month x TOM is here so lots of fluid my ankles really hurt! But hopefully means a slightly bigger loss next week to keep me on track!

    This week i'm down to 267.3lbs so its a loss of 3.7lbs for the Numpties, not as great as last week, but i've not been well, so i'll take it!!

    Down 1lb since last Sundays WI so I'm now 159lbs. 1lb left til target and then I'll be a cheerleader til I decide whether or not to try to drop anymore or stay where I am :ohwell:

    Down 1.5lbs this week... not as much as I'd hoped but given that there's been a hen night and eating out quite a bit this week I'll take it. I was expecting to see a gain tbh.

    I'll join the Numpties! I live near Blackpool.

    Starting weight = 188lbs, as of this morning. I'm 5' 5". My BMI is 31.29 (puts me at obese) but I need to lose around 7lbs to be overweight!!!!

    I'm down to 184.5lbs, as of this morning (had a much better weigh in on Friday - 181lbs), so i'm down 3.5lbs!!!

    No longer know where to post with so many threads so mailed Rosy my weight so it doesn't get missed like last week.
