Hey all - life's been really crazy (in the not so good way) lately - I skipped weigh-in last week and this morning I'm 5 lbs up. I'm pretty sure some of that is water weight, since I know I haven't been *that* bad... that would require me to have eating 1250 calories above maintenance every day for the last 2 weeks.
But I logged the weight and hope to get back down to 177 next week.

Looks like I should be able to hit my mini-goal if I keep it up this week. It's my recovery week for P90X so I will either lose weight by giving my muscles a rest, or I will gain weight by not lifting... But this week is all about cardio, so we'll see. Either way, I think it's looking good for my ultimate goal by Easter!

I had a good week, I excerised 6days last week with rest on Sunday even though it was TOM I still was able to keep moving..I gained a bit but I'm happy that I pushed through and was able to stick it out

This is nice since I did not lose or gain last week. I have really been good with my workouts may be able to improve on the snacking ie. stress eating !!! If I hit the lottery that would take care of the stress eating:laugh:.

Grrrr..... very frustrated this morning guys. I weigh in every Monday morning, and last Monday I had been sick with a stomack virus so I lost a pound. Well, this week thanks to my pregnancy eating I have gained 2 lbs. Not happy about this, but I've been so nauseated I have to eat or be sick.

I injured my wrist so I can't do the lifting portions of P90X right now, hence the weight gain. Just wasn't a good week. Going to focus on LOTS of cardio and leg strength this week and hope for a loss next week. I did take measurements after my first Phase of P90X though and lost 1" on my hips, almost 1/2" on my belly and gained 1/2" on my flexed biceps!! I'll take that over a 1lb weight loss anyday!0
