I have been using the food tracker and I live the fact that I actually watch how many calories I am eating which is helping me make better food choices. I just read the article about eating exercise calories, which I wasn't doing, but now that I know it is ok I will give it a try

Hi Rae~Some people eat their ex calories,others don`t .whatever works for you!
