    1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal w/ 1/4 c. Fiber one (cooked w/ 1 1/4 c. water)
    & then add 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder,
    1 T. Naturally More Peanut Butter,
    1/4 c. FF cottage cheese.
    Mix together - YUM! I call it my PMS oatmeal, cures the chocolate PB craving in a healthy way! :laugh:

    A toasted peice of Aunt Millies 12Grain Fiber for Life Bread (6g fiber/110cals)
    Tablespoon of pb spread on it (2g fiber/95 cals)
    Half a banana sliced on it. (2g fiber/55cals)
    Tablespoon of flax seed over it. (2g fiber/30cals)
    Coffee wi/h&h and stevia sweetener.

    I generally have this breakfast everyday. The only thing that changes is whether I have whole eggs or eggh whites.
