    I want to join in on this challenge but I have a question. 3500 burned does that mean the entire day or is it just when you do a cardio workout? I'm new to this and I wonder if it's even possible to burn 3500 in one cardio workout session..

    3500 or more for the week. 3500 is either 500 7 days a week or 700 5 days a week.
