If I'm going to try zig zagging my calories, how much over and how much under should I go? Thanks!!

check out http://www.freedieting.com they have a calorie counter on their site that has a zig zag option, it has really helped me.0

From another site, you would:
Monday - What MFP tells you. Tuesday - What MFP tells you. Wednesday - What MFP tells you + 20%. Thursday - What MFP tells you. Friday - What MFP tells you. Saturday - What MFP tells you +10% and Sunday - What MFP tells you.0 -
