No loss this week...but the show isn't over!! I will make the scale move again by next week by increasing my cardio. Stress is definately a factor right now (losing my job in the next two weeks) but I am determined to channel my stress to make the positive changes that ARE in my control. Nuff said!!0 -
Start: Upping water. Having a hard time doing this...any suggestions? safe and healthy favoring I could add?

It helps me to drink it with a straw. And I drink it out of a 16 oz glass. So drinking all of that gets me 2 cups of water at once! :O)0 -
I've been trying really hard to be honest with myself this go around. Before, if I didn't eat well, then I just wouldn't finish my daily food log. If I gained weight, I would act as if I stayed the same. But when I'm not honest with myself, I am only cheating myself. So since I've been back on MFP, if I don't eat well, I still put everything in my food log. At least this way I can see the problem. So this week, yes I have gained weight. So sad, but true. But I just started a Bible Study Weight Loss Program at church last night (well starts today). I promise next week, my weight will decrease-not increase.
Do you have any information on the Bible study? I've heard bits and pieces about it and I would love to present it to someone at my church and see if it is something they would be willing to do.0 -

No scale change. Still 128.6 at my lowest point, yesterday0

I lost 1.2 lbs. this week. It's feeling really good seeing the numbers on the scale going down.
I leave for vacation next Tuesday. I'm going to Florida for my nephews wedding, and I LOVE wedding cake, but I will try to control myself (a little). I'm not sure I'll have access to a scale so I probably won't be weighing in until Apr. 15th, I hope it's not going to be too big of a shocker. If I get a chance I will check in next week and see how everyone is doing.
Great job to everyone on their weight loss. Lets keep it going.
