    I hate to do this to anyone else who would like to join this group but the response i got was overwelming 363 total people in this group. WOW lets get this train out of the Depot!!! WOOOT WOOOT


    OK Group you first challange this week is to drink 64 oz of water a day. you should be doing this already. the physical challange is to perform 25 jumping jacks a day adding 5 every day note you do not have to do them all at once you can break them up into 5 sets of 5. Lets do this group we can do this!!!!

    I'm in. I was doing good for about a week and lost about a pound and 1/2. Then I gained it back this week... I think this will be a good way to motivate myself. Currently 236.

    I'm in. Lost 8 lbs so far. Been on here for 3 weeks. Never felt better. All started with a bet at work. Who ever loses the highest percentage of weight and percentage of body fat wins the pot. Started March 7, 2011. Ends May 27, 2011. Pot is $2000. Motivation is not the money but the bragging rights!! I have 30 lbs to give back to the fat gods. Weight today is 222 lbs. Goal is 200 lbs (haven't weighed that since high school). Start boot camp next week. I AM PUMPED!!
