I didn't get a chance to post my calories burned for yesterday.
Weekly Goal: 3500
Mon: 615 calories burned (383 burned doing 25 minutes of Zumba, 232 burned walking for 40 min at 3.5 mph, brisk pace)
Tues: 519 calories burned (315 calories burned 60 minutes walking 3.5 mph brisk pace, 204 calories burned 20 minutes circuit training, general)
Wed: 919 calories burned doing 62 minutes of Zumba
Thur: 535 calories burned (306 burned doing 20 minutes of Zumba, 229 burned while walking 2.5 mph, leisurely pace for 60 minutes--walking around the Xcel Energy Center while at the Minnesota Wild game)
Fri: 345 calories burned (90 minutes walking 2.5 mph)
