Gained half a pound, a direct result of mind games I've been playing with myself all week. Grrr! When we started the challenge, my weigh-in day was Sunday, but I changed it to Thursday to line up with our group weigh-in day. After a great loss our first week, I let myself get slack and for one reason or another I didn't exercise all week ( When I realized there wouldn't be a loss by weigh-in on Thursday, I decided that since we have a window of time to weigh ourselves, I would change back to Sunday. But guess what, I still slacked off. Sheesh. Thank goodness that I however continued to log on everyday even if I didn't log my food, I still read about other people's ongoing efforts and that always encourages me. I look forward to a brand new week with a return to a positive attitide and a genuine effort!!
