But I do only go to the gym like 2-3 times a week. I hope I don't let my team down!0 -
I think we should post individually on whatever day we complete miles. I tend to forget to log if I dont do it the same day.
Maybe we could come up with group names so when we post we wont post miles to the wrong team. So, in the formula it should state "TEAM HOTTIE TOTAL"
Just a suggestion, I will go with whatever you decide.
Are we using the miles completed April 1st-3rd or miles completed beginning April 4th?
Just to be clear:
Team names-DEFINITELY! The crazier the better!
The miles from this weekend (April 1-3) COUNT! Just add them to your monday totals.
Per TeamLeela:
Each person should keep a running total of their miles in their signature.
For example:
4/4- 4/10- 6 miles
4/4- 2 miles elliptical, 4/5 - 3 mile walk, 4/6- 1 mile walk
4/11-4/17 TBA
4/18-4/24 TBA
4/25- 4/30 TBA
Each team captain tallies all the miles at the end of the week. I still think individuals should update their totals on M, W, F (in the forum) but final weekly totals should be submitted no later than midnight Sunday night (mailed to team captain).
The team captain can update their team total by Monday...team captain should POST IN CAPITALS so we know it's a current running tally.

Ugh... looks like only elliptical for me. Went to the doctor today, and I have "jumper's knee". Recovery is in terms of months, rather than weeks. No running, treadmill, etc.0

MONDAY: 9.55 (MY miles) + 0 (Previous TEAM FOUR miles) = 9.55 (New TEAM FOUR miles)0 -
Friday 2.9 miles on Elliptical, Saturday 6 miles Walking & Monday 4.5 miles Walking = 13.4 miles
MONDAY: 13.4 (MY miles) + 0 (Previous TEAM TWO miles) = 13.4 (New TEAM TWO miles)0 -
