    It's amazing enough when you read/hear someone say that they've lost 45 pounds, but pictures just magnify the hard work you put in. What a difference! You look absolutely fantastic.

    Thank you so much for sharing! I had a very similar starting weight and goal, as you and its great to see where I could be in a few more months (I'm only 3/4" taller).

    Thank you for sharing. I am also between 5'9" and 5'10". When started MFP, in was at 220 and set a goal of 160, not at 180. Have been thinking that wasn't going to be enough, and was considering 140/150. But if I look like you at 160, I will be thrilled!
