    Thanks for putting the list together emiskins! Good luck with your goals!

    I'm just starting to learn how to track food/ calories.... such an eye-opener :noway: I've only been doing it a few days, and have yet to meet the target MFP set up for me, but I'm already learning so much. I'm excited to do this challenge and have a good start towards reaching my goals.

    Also, please feel free to friend me if you'd like... I can use as much support and encouragement as I can get :wink:

    Hi everyone. Wasn't sure where to put our weight in figures. I hope this is ok. I did ok this week. I really have to cut back on all my snacking. That is my biggest down fall. Hope everyone else had a good week and if not hang in there. We still have time and can meet this goal.
    Starting weight-195 (1/1/11)
    Starting weight for this program-184.4 (3/29/11)
    Todays weight-183.2 (4/5/11)

    I didn't lose much but it's a start. Hopefully next week I will have better results.

    I lost 1.4 pounds this week :) I know I could have done a lot better with my food choices some days last week, but it is now the start of a new week and I will do a lot better!

    I think you should post a report to what everyone started with and how much we've lost overall in the course of a week. I honestly think it would give more motivation to others to work harder, if they see others are losing weight.

    This tracker was good. I thought you said you would be posting something like these every week. Why the change of mind?
