- 4oz pan fried boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces with mrs dash no sodium original chicken blend seasoning

- Whole grain brown rice (1/2) dry boiled then add to chicken

- 1 egg scrambled into chicken and rice

- sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers about a handful added to mix

- Low sodium soy sauce (optional)

It tastes just like you would get it at a restaurant! Its great!
