PRODUCE!!!! I fill my cart with anything that looks good. Lots of veggies. I clean & steam everythign so they are ready to go in salads or for snacking and Qualker mini rice cakes ( blackberry pomagranet are sooooo yummy) an you can eat a bunch of them. Makes a nice low cal snack, & they come in so many flavors now that they work for savory or sweet cravings

Quinoa (instead of brown or white rice). Spinach (much higher in good vitamins, helps to get the dark rings out from under your eyes too), frozen and fresh fruits for smoothies, bran (to add to the smoothies to give it more substance), greek yogurt, baby carrots, hummus (baby carrots and hummus make a great noon-time snack, little higher in the fat, but its the "good" fat), ... yeah I think thats it... good luck! :)

i love pepperidge farm 15 grain bread, its so soft and heavenly lol. i also always have fresh baby spinach, fresh mushrooms, and cabbage (spinach and mushrooms omelets are one of my fav bkfast foods, and i am weird and love steamed cabbage which practically has no calories). i also always have bell peppers, you can use them in most any cultures dish, chicken, and ground turkey

    Some of current favorite foods:
Better Oats Oatmeal: great variety and they taste great! The Oat Fit ones are ~100 calories a pouch
Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop - 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Kettle Corn: Sweet and salty, you get a lot in the bag and it fills you up
Kale- Love kale! I tear it into small pieces, toss in some olive oil, salt it and pop in a 425 oven for ~8-10 minutes. Comes out nice and crispy.
Yoplait/Chobani Greek Yogurt: I usually get Chobani because it's cheaper, but the Yoplait Greek yogurt was on sale this week and they have great flavors. I had the key lime, peach and strawberry.

atkins shakes - 160 calories, 15 grams protein
cauliflower - steamed, drained & mashed with salt, pepper and a little butter

frozen fruits with no added sugar to make smoothies - frozen works better because it thickens the smoothie
