and as far as ur smart balance buttery spread, look at bremmel and brown yogurt butter. its 45cal a tbls, way easy to spread, and soo delish!0 -

Mine would be coffee but I don't log it. Mine is Aunt Millies light whole grain bread. Only 35 cals a slice I use it for toast and grilled cheese! Smart Balance spread is my number two!0

I actually do eat other stuff besides Smart Balance! It just so happens that I am a creature of habit in the morning and usually have either oatmeal with a tiny bit of Smart Balance, or and egg and whole grain bread upon with I spread a tiny bit of Smart Balance. Since I now eat breakfast every single day, I eat Smart Balance every day.
I will also admit that I do have coffee every single day and have not been logging it. Does that make me a bad person?0
