Ok so its only the afternoon here but I have already burnt a truckload of calories so I'm pretty sure I will be under my carbs for the day. I did 20 pushups this morning before I went to the gym - 10 regular and 10 on knees. Did a Body Attack class and did at least another 20, probably much more but I lost track, all I know was there was sweat dripping off me so I know it was a few, and even though they were on knees, the instructor made us hold the push up as we went down, man that hurts

Even though I haven't been keeping up with the push ups, yesterday was a big victory for me with the carbs! I literally had NONE left, and then remembered to log some of my walking, which gave me a little more room, but I resisted the urge to snack on more. :bigsmile:

How is it that everything I eat turns out to have 24 carbs? Cereal, tortilla, 2 cookies, yogurt... That's freaking me out.

gahhh carbs are so my downfall!!!0 -
The second you drop the white carbs and any carbs filled with sugar it won't be so hard. Also, I avoid complex carbs (rice grains cereal, pasta) after 3 pm.... Keepin it primarily fibrous carbs like veggies around dinner time, not slowing excess carbs for storage but only access to nutrient dense carbs like veggies. its tricky, but worth it! Yogurt mostly has high carb when it's a low fat flavor...its interesting. Dairy naturally had carbs but is best to avoid the sugary kind. Sugar is not a natural fuel for the body like protein or healthy fat, sugar is...sugar. not so easy I.know!How is it that everything I eat turns out to have 24 carbs?
