Whole eggs for me, free range..and nearly every day. Yes the yolks have the most fat but they also have the taste..and in my book this is for life..so I want good tasting food.
  • i do both. theres only 16 calories if u do the egg white and then there is 70 calories if u do the whole egg. a little more protein with the whole egg, but also a little more cholesterol. if you are doing scrambled egg one egg white and one whole egg is very good. :P

I actually eat the whole egg. I have hard boiled eggs in the fridge for those "hungry" days when I can't seem to get full. I love eggs, so just eating the whites doesn't appeal to me. I'm losing weight consistently with a good exercise routine. I suppose if my cholesterol was a problem or I was having trouble losing weight, I might think about it. Hopefully, it doesn't get to that!
  • i just eat the egg whites they are filling but low in calories and fat

For scrambled eggs (omlets) 1 whole and 2 whites. No flavor in the whites and like they've said, all the nutrition is in the yolk.

I have to eat the whole egg because I think it tastes better. Yes, plain whites are healthier for you, but if you eat in moderation (not 5 a day) you will be just fine!!

For scrambled eggs or omelets, I whisk together one large or jumbo egg and 1 serving of Egg Beaters. Tastes great and I don't notice the difference between this combination and actually eating two whole eggs. Saves on calories and cholesterol.

I eat the whole egg. The yolk is so delicious and full of vitamins. It seems such waste to toss out the yolk.

I usually just eat egg whites because they are so low calorie, or sometimes I'll do 1 egg white and 1 whole egg. Some people don't think egg whites have any taste, but to me they taste fine and pretty good with some salsa. It all depends on what your calorie/macronutrient goals are (:

I do two whole eggs and one "Best of the Egg"* for my morning scrambled eggs, with 2-4 Tbsp cheddar cheese.

Most of the nutrients are in the yolk! http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yolk.html

It's the whole thing for me! The yolks have cancer fighting choline in them!

Dr. Oz says time and time again to eat the whole egg. He says like an apple a day an egg a day will do you good. So I do One whole egg and then a couple egg whites.

I eat the whole thing! The vitamins and minerals in eggs (vitamin D, vitamin A and calcium) are mostly found in the yolk.

Whole eggs. Although the idea of one with yolk and one without is interesting, why throw away a yolk if you don't have to? There was a study released recently that contradicted the previous "don't eat too many eggs" mandate of last century. Also the USDA recently determined that eggs contain less cholesterol than originally stated: 185 mg vs. 215 mg. Eggs, whole eggs, are good for you.
  • I LOVE EGGS, from my head down to my legs! Seriously though...it depends on how I'm eating them, but usually, I go half and half. If I'm making boiled eggs, I'll eat only half of the yolks. If I'm making fried eggs, I eat the whole thing, and if I'm making fluffy scrambled eggs, I do more whites than yolks. Eggs rock, for sure. I know they say that the yolks are full of cholesterol, but after a workout, a few hard boiled eggs and a piece of fruit always hit the spot for me.

I have 2 whole hard boiled eggs for breakfast every morning. I have a crazy schedule, and they are great when I am running out the door in the morning. They fill me up until lunch time, the calories aren't too high as long as I am working out that day, and they taste good. Plus I don't eat other foods that are high in cholesterol, so I like to think I can get away with it.

I eat the whole egg because most of the nutrition in is the yolk. Research is now showing that even though cholesterol is high in the yolk it does not negatively affect your blood cholesterol. So eating an egg or two a day won't give you high cholesterol or increase your risk of heart disease. Good news because it's an easy way to get protein in the morning!

I eat the whole thing - as a vegetarian I need all the protein I can get. I either have an egg for breakfast, or hard boiled as a snack each day :)

We don't have egg beaters here in the UK, at least I've never seen them..but I've read that they are dyed yellow so that they look like scrambled eggs when made. Is that true? That alone would put me off ecause I avoid yellow colouring wherever possible as my mother was poisoned by yellow food colouring..that was in her medication..apparently its very toxic!

Just the white. I have (maybe HAD by now) borderline high cholesterol. As long as there are two side to the cholesterol in eggs debate I'm sticking to the safer side.
  • Whole egg!!!!
