I started doing this about a month ago and I'm really starting to see a difference. I don't go to the gym, but at home I start off with 20-30 min on stationary bike, then go to jogging in place sometimes but now I'll go from the bike to some jumping jacks and other calisthenics between lifts. Works up a good sweat and is definitely helping. Any specific tips I could use for my workout?0

Sounds awesome! Since you're doing this at home you should try doing body weight exercises in between cardio ( Push ups, squats, etc.) The more you add the muscle building the more fat you burn.0

That's exactly what I do...even my spin classes are intervals. They're great. For weight training, I do super sets to add that extra ummmf in my workout.0
