Ok so if I am awake from 5 a.m. until 4 a.m. or so, am I supposed to eat more than 1200?? I cannot go into starvation mode any more!!!!! Thank you! :flowerforyou:

  • I think I would add another 600 calories if you are up that long, but I'm not a dietitian... I wouldn't want to just go on 1200 calories for all that time!! :noway: uuugggghhh :flowerforyou:

    i would say eat between 150-300 calories every 2h - 3h...

    that way your body will keep its blood sugar at a good level..
    that is what i do everyday ...never hungry. never full.

    then sleepppppp !!!!!!!!!

    Go ahead and eat a bit more. You could change your lifestyle setting if it's not already set to moderately active (or whatever one is for people who are on their feet all day).
