Hi
I've just joined and loving this site. I've got 24lbs to loose!!
Anyone got any good protein lunch suggestions? I want to avoid bread or anything wheaty as I am intolerant.

    Egg white ommelette, or a protein enriched smoothie does it for me :)

    Tuna mixed with yoghurt or other dressing of choice (I like it with lo-fat Caesar dressing). Eat as a dip with crunchy veg such as carrots, or fill some hollowed out tomatoes, or lettuce leaves. Or pile onto rice or corn cakes.

    Welcome onboard - I second egg whites omlettes or boiled egg whites - awesome protein, low calories, and fills you up giving you a lot of calories left for lunch and dinner. Lots of veggies are great, grilled chicken on the barby, etc. Good luck

    Barby... if only... I live in England, usually get 1 a year if lucky! Hahaha
