There are certain ones you cannot stream. Some of them you have to have the dvd sent to you. One of the yoga ones is my favorite. I love the British lady and I wish she would do more videos.

I HATE Canadian Netflix... it shows me all the workouts, but they're all unavailable.

For some reason I never bothered to check instant streaming for work outs. I get work out dvd's from Netflix all the time though. I like to switch it up every couple weeks so I don't get bored! Right now I'm on day 5 of Jillian Michael's Six Week Six Pack.

I called in and asked them to add more workout videos because they only have the one choice for here in Canada. I was told that they simply don't have all of the liscensing yet and if they get more requests for it, it may happen sooner. The guy I spoke to in Customer Support was really helpful.

I haven't read through the thread yet.

Does anyone have a favorite Cardio Kickboxing dvd?

I have done Jillian Michael's already and love it!

    Thanks

bummer...but thanks for saving me the frustration of running upstairs and saying to my hub 'hey, let's look at the exercise stuff they have on NETFLIX' please, please. (kicking him out of whatever game he may be playing only to discover the choice isn't there) lol. I'll start searching for them daily too and see if they get the hint.

10 Minute Solution Kickbox Camp is available for streaming. Keli Roberts - she's fun.

Not a real big selection for instant workouts. Here's what I've found so far (I'm sure there are others)
    Crunch: 13 available
    10 Minute Solutions - 7 available
    Dance Off! - 4 available
    Self: - 3 available
    Trainer's Edge - 3 available
    Healing Yoga - 2 available
Yoga for Health - 2 available
    Pilates Essentials
    Pick Your Level Pilates
    The Situation

My favorite instructor is Ellen Barrett - Crunch: Super Slim Down is wonderful (she has 5 instant workouts).

Too bad they took them down from the instant video stream. They are all now DVD by Mail option. Too bad netflix does not see the value in helping us lose weigh in a convenient manner. I cancelled my membership with them as the videos I liked are available on YouTube. Granted the quality is not as great, but I am disappointed in netflix.

Sniffle sniffle. I also noticed that they took them out of the streaming options. I really liked the Crunch exercise videos. Sure, I can get the dvd's mailed to me, but it was just so convenient that I could play whichever one I wanted to. But I found that I love the Ellen Barrett videos. I think I'm going to invest in actually buying some of her dvd's.

I'm commenting on this thread so it goes in "My Topics" to save for later! I've been asking about this (no one ever replies) for a while now. I've only been able to find the crunch Salsa... I tried it for 5 minutes but the lady was so obnoxious I couldn't continue, lol.

I'm glad you brought this up. I need to add a little something to my exercise because I'm not quite meeting goal on amount of time spent working out each week. I like a little variety so Netflix just might fit the need!

Redbox rents Just Dance games - like $2 a day

Hulu.com has a health & fitness channel, some workouts there

Netflix by mail has a really large selection of workout DVDs

    Nice!
  • So, I haven't found any workouts at all unless you have a DVD plan.... There is nothing to stream that I can find at all. Anyone else find anything?

They removed most (maybe all?? not sure) from the streaming plan around September of last year I think. A huge bummer, I was using these a lot! :( Thank goodness for YouTube!!!
