    I am a UK 24, which I think is something like a US 28/30 (perhaps someone can clarify that for me)
    am a 48" waist and 6ft 1" tall
    If I could get down enough to be a UK 18 I would be mega happy

    Yaay!!! Congratulations!! I am wondering how my brain will handle weight loss. In the past when I lost a little weight it kind of freaked me out a little because I started getting noticed. I am hoping that by doing it a little at a time, slow goes it, my brain will have time to process seeing a new me. :):) Thanks for sharing!!
