    I know I have been missing the last couple of weeks and I am sorry about that, between starting a new job, a computer virus, and falling in love (kinda) I know I have been slacking on MFP. But the plus side is that I am now at 255.4, But I am back and intend to keep going.

    Good job everyone! I weighed in at 217.8 this morning and then after zumba and curves dropped down to 216.2! Crazy! Must have been sweating out all that salt I ate over the weekend.

    I have a cut on my foot from a blister that broke and then didn't heal, so I'm just really watching my food- so my weight is a little bit up (and I have visitors, UGH)...

    And resting, and getting ready to go back to work Wednesday!

    Great job ladies! My goal this week will be to keep the excess white carbs and sugars out of my diet. They've crept in there and my weight loss has suffered. I did well yesterday so I just gotta keep it up!

    Great job everyone! Blah my weight loss is slowing, going for a good run tonight, will hopefully kick start my weight loss again! 3 lbs in 5 weeks is not going to get me to my goal when I want to!

    I need to get my butt in gear. I had a great weekend and had trouble trying to get back on track yesterday so today is the day.

    My goals for this week is to log my food, get back into drinking my water and to get some type of exercise everyday.
