I posted a thread a while back (about 3 weeks ago) of my progress....well I've been working harder at my goal, and I'm pretty happy with the results I've been getting. I still have 10 more lbs to go....I still need to lose more body fat on my stomach, legs and butt....but so far so good.

Again just to remind everyone, I'm a 38 yr old mommy of 2 boys......They are ages 4yrs old and 9 months old. If I can make this transformation then so can you. Let's do this MFP!! Happy Monday!!

    You look awesome! I'm at the same point as you were... 39 yrs old, 10 mo old daughter (first child), 153lbs. Goal is 135 or lower. Haven't lost much weight over all, but have lost fat and gained muscle in the last 3 weeks. Can run 3.5 miles without stopping, or arc trainer for 45 minutes with rowing machine and elliptical. Can do a spin class for an hour and not feel like dying. Just want to see that weight fall off and get smaller! You're an inspiration! Share any advice you can!

    We are the same height and practically same weight with a similar goal weight too (I am currently at 124lbs) and my body doesn't look ANYWHERE near as great as yours!! You go girl!!

    I am trying to lose my stomach as well... has been hard
